THE BRAND ALIGNMENT SPRINT:4 to 6 weeks
A focused, faster-paced version for businesses that already have strong foundations - an existing brand identity, a defined interior, or an established digital presence - but sense that the pieces aren't quite pulling in the same direction.
We audit your current brand ecosystem across all touchpoints, identify the disconnects, and deliver a clear alignment framework with prioritised recommendations and creative direction to bring everything into cohesion.

Every Residency - full or Sprint - concludes with a complete Brand Alignment Framework: a strategic and creative document that captures your brand's positioning, personality, and visual language alongside specific direction for how it should be expressed across your space, digital presence, and customer touchpoints.
Depending on the scope agreed at the outset, the Residency may also include: revised or refined visual identity, interior design direction and specification, website redesign or refinement, and a suite of brand guidelines built for a team to use.

Can you work with us remotely?

Yes. The immersion phase works best with at least some in-person time - visiting your space, experiencing your environment firsthand - but the majority of the process can be conducted remotely for clients outside Edinburgh and Scotland.
What's the difference between this and just commissioning branding and interiors separately?

you could hire separate studios for each element. The difference is that the Residency is designed around alignment from day one - brand, space, and digital are developed in conversation with each other, not handed off sequentially. The result is a cohesion that's very hard to retrofit afterwards.
We're mid-refurbishment. Can we still apply?

Absolutely - in fact, that's often the ideal moment. If your physical space is already in progress, we can step in at the brand and creative direction level and ensure everything being built is aligned with where your brand needs to go.
Do we need to have an existing brand identity?

No. The full Residency can start from scratch - building brand identity, spatial direction, and digital presence together from the ground up. The Brand Alignment Sprint is better suited to businesses with existing foundations that need realigning rather than rebuilding.
How many Residencies do you take on per year?

We limit full Residencies to a small number each year - this isn't a scarcity tactic, it's what the model requires. Deep, immersive work takes genuine time and focus. We won't do it at speed.
