Mota is redefining what high-end workspaces can be. As the operator behind premium developments like The Auction Rooms Edinburgh, Mota blends hospitality, real estate expertise, and workspace management to create environments that feel effortless for both landlords and tenants. With a mission to bring clarity and consistency to this new chapter, we were brought on to name, position, and design the brand identity.

The result is a bold, future-focused brand that balances structure with fluidity — capturing Mota’s role in shaping dynamic, contemporary workspaces. From the naming concept (a reversal of 'Atom', symbolising innovation and agility), through to the identity and brand language, every detail was designed to reflect seamless service, high-end functionality, and hospitality-driven values.

Visually, we created an identity that feels both refined and progressive — warm, human-led design cues meet confident, structured elements. The tone of voice is grounded, intentional and quietly assured, helping the brand build trust while standing out in a competitive market.

With expansion on the horizon, Mota needed a brand that could evolve — one that not only looks the part but delivers an experience like no other. This is branding designed for momentum, connection and long-term growth.
